Are artistic works certified?
Our works produced by artists are sold with a certificate of authenticity. The photographs are numbered and may only be sold in a limited edition. We guarantee the origin and provenance of all our artistic works.
Can I sell my works with you?
We love more than anything to discover new artists. Do not hesitate to contact us, we will be happy to discover your work.
Why am I required to register before making a purchase?
Registration is required to ensure good deliveries. From your customer account, you receive news and updates concerning your orders. Of course your data is confidential, we respect the GDPR rules.
How do I change my email settings?
To change your email address or edit your email notifications, follow the steps below:
In the upper right corner of any page, you will see a link called “Account” or your username if you are logged in. Click on your username to access your user account dashboard.
Select “Account Settings”. You are then able to change your e-mail address, your delivery address and indicate whether you wish to receive e-mails from The Artday.
Can I create a wish list ? where can i see it?
Yes! If you like a product, just click on the wishlist (heart) icon below. This will automatically save it to your favorites list, which you can find under your account dashboard. In the upper right corner of any page, you will see a link called “Account” or your username if you are logged in. Click on your username to access your user account dashboard.
What types of payment do you accept?
We accept payment by Visa, Mastercard and American Express. All credit cards used for payment must have a valid billing address.
Are my payments secure?
All orders are encrypted with Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology from both your end and ours. SSL encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read as the information travels over the Internet. For SSL to work, you must use an SSL compatible browser.
For your own safety, we do not save any payment information. Payments are made directly through Stripe – certified under PCI Level 1 Service Provider, the strictest level of certification, so we can ensure that important information is kept confidential and private.
How can I track the status of my order?
In “My Orders” you can see the progress of each of them. Once launched, you will receive more information on how to track the package and when it arrived.
To check the status of your order, hover your mouse over your profile icon in the upper right corner of the screen. Click on it and choose “Orders” from your dashboard, which is a page of all your active and previous orders.
If on the right side of the listing title the icon is orange, it means the item has not yet shipped. You will receive a shipment confirmation email when the tracking number has been put into the system and your order receipt with your dashboard will provide you with the information you need to track the shipment.
Shipping & Return
Can I return a product? and how ?
You can of course return all your orders to us within 30 days. All you need to do is log into your account, go to the “my orders” section and choose the “return” option of your order.
What countries do you deliver to?
We deliver worldwide with the exception of countries under embargoes.
How much is shipping ?
This is subjective depending on where the package is sent. The size of the product and the type of delivery (standard or express) will also affect the price. Shipping costs are clearly indicated on the payment page when purchasing.
* Some countries may charge customs duty and duty for your package. You are responsible for these customs charges and duties.
How long does the delivery take ?
The delivery time depends on the distance between you and the creator. Our designers offer regional to global delivery depending on the product. The expected delivery time is clearly stated on the product page and on the checkout page.
The seller can select 4, 7, 14, or 21 days for shipping and processing times. This will vary depending on the item, as artisanal products may take longer to create and ship.
